Heidi Steck, the visionary German/South African designer, has left her mark in the world of design, fashion and luxury resort wear.

Heidi embarked on a global journey that would shape her into the designer she is today. At the age of six, she left her native South Africa and ventured to Monaco and then London, where she spent her formative years. It was in London that she honed her skills, graduating from the renowned Inchbald School of Design in London.

Eager to broaden her horizons within South Africa and across the continent, she later joined MEHA, an International Design firm, where she undertook projects in diverse locales such as Accra in Ghana and Lagos in Nigeria.

Her designs are influenced by her multicultural background and extensive travels over the last 17 years. Africa's diverse beauty has influenced her designs and left its mark on her designs.

Heidi also has a luxury Resort Wear Brand, representing her love for kaftans through her journeys in North Africa,  filled with inspiration from her travels.

She designs all her kaftans and silk scarves with designs inspired from her travels through Italy, Greece, Cape Town and Necker Island where you will find her latest collection.

Resort wear, a rapidly growing segment of the fashion world, embodies the essence of special summer moments. The fabrics used are of exquisite silk, ensuring comfort in warm weather. But above all, they are glamorous and serve as a visual statement of your unique style.

The collection comprises 100% Silk, 100% Silk Crepe de Chine Kaftans. Hand-embellished Satin and French Georgette Kaftans. 100% Silk Twill scarves with double sided print and hand rolled hem. Hand-painted summer accessories like straw bags and Panama hats.
